Some aspects of life I can’t remove. I can try to ignore them or accept them. Ive a problem of dealing with narcissists all of the time. I dont like that word but hey. its a case of having to deal with them and when you do it gets in on you, they learn nothing from your interactions with you and just dump their emotions onto you. Any suggestions of dealing with this?. It gets into your body. Walking in nature clears it but its something i wish i didnt have to do.
I kept attracting narcissists, too, likely because I'm naturally empathic.
I thought it was due to past trauma, but I've healed that part of my psyche.
I have taken it as a signal to stay single, and I don't even begin a dialogue with those I sense are narcissistic.
If you do end up in an encounter, then singing bowls or tuning forks are good for clearing the energy away. ❤
