- There certainly are some odd energy drinks flavours.
Would you look at that, after a number of delays, and an error I noticed after 3/4 of it was finished rendering (which is why this is a day late), first animation of the year! Boy oh boy, did the latter half of this project give me grief, especially Calli's hair physics. Definitely time to remake that rig. While this clip hasn't been around as long as some of the others on my list, I wanted to animate it the moment I saw it. Plus, I wanted to animate an actual conversation, which I'd never truly done before. So here we are. And as usual, better late than never. Hope you enjoy. :)

I think it's cause Gura completely DROPS the character and is genuinely announcing her feelings towards Cali.

It helps that Gura completely broke character with it in sheer disbelief, and she went from uwu loli shork voice to woman in her late 20s and already done with your shit
This could literally be an ad for these drinks, and i would absolutely never skip it, anywhere.

Calli actually got me to try Bang with this clip, now I've tasted all the flavors my grocery store stocks. The only one I didn't like was Miami Cola, I couldn't finish it. It tasted too similar to a flavor of soda I tried at the Coca-Cola factory in Atlanta, that my dad said tasted like earwax.
Sadly in the UK we don't have Bang Energy :( As someone who loves my energy drinks i'd kill to have access to all the flavours. One of the ingredients was apparently banned in the UK lol.

I just noticed a small detail. When they grab the cans, you actually put the sound of them being handled by an actual person. My dude, you are awesome.

The irony of the grim reaper's fav flavor being based on the celebration of life. How did I miss that? Good eye.
She's also a big fan of unicorns, which are often associated with longevity/immortality.

@@E4439Qv5 The immortality wasn't actually from drinking the unicorn blood, that was simply to try and regain his strength/keep Quirrell alive after the possession, or something like that. But it is mentioned that drinking unicorn blood will prevent you from dying, even if you're a second from passing on, though the rest of your life will be a 'cursed half-life' due to needing to have killed something so pure to get the blood.
Some of those flavors don't even sound real. I'm half expecting Calli to say "Super Chinese Peanut Butter" as an in joke.
From someone who's drank every single flavor mentioned, I can confirm they're very real.
Bang needs to up their name game. They got nothing on some of the names that Gfuel comes up with. Maiden's Blood, Brain Drive, Clickbait ...

Call said Rainbow Unicorn tastes like Cotton Candy, so in all likelyhood, most of the flavors are probably the same with minor tweaks to justify the different names for marketing or something like that.

I just now noticed that Calli’s favorite Flavor (Cotton Candy) has the exact same color palette as she does and it’s downright phenomenal XD
Now I have to see them all dressed up as energy drink cans.

NGL, I tried one of these drinks because of Calli's ringing endorsement and Gura's visceral disgust. They taste like the bottom of a bag of sour patch kids. 10/10, would ruin mouth again.

I like the idea of Gura talking down to Calli about something when she's less than half the height of Calli, but Gura still uses this deep, sarcastic voice with her. It's the definition of punching upwards.

God I remember that episode. I laughed so hard when Gura was like "you have the palette of a six year old!". Hearing it again, with the amazing animation, and your own original setting, was even funnier.
Absolutely amazing.
The best part was you could see the dawning of the realization on Gura's Avatar.
Callie's taste preferences make a tiny bit more sense when you realize that she's probably younger than Gura by a few years

Bang (GFuel, and Bucked Up) are sugar free. The one's with sugar and a huge amount of caffeine are the worst since you WILL crash from those)

When she says "candy apple crisp", the crispest thing is her enunciation.

As someone who has had Bang energy drinks, I can confirm that they are a special experience. They taste so unique and... happy, somehow. It makes me feel like a kid eating candy. One time I actually got euphoria after drinking a Bang drink. I was in this state where it felt like nothing could go wrong. It was beautiful.
These two have such a big sister little sister vibe and its adorable.
Never heard of this brand before watching this video months ago. Today I saw it in the supermarket and bought it just because they made me curious. This animation is more effective than an actual ad.
