OPM lead rock vocalist Jayson Fernandez delivers a stirring take on Gerwin Villa's "Purihin Ka Ng Aking Luha" at A Song of Praise Music Festival Year 1. The gospel hymn speaks of one's sincere message that even sad things in life are worth thanking God for.
A Song of Praise Music Festival or ASOP is the only praise songwriting festival on Philippine television of its kind.
As one of the advocacies of UNTV’s Mr. Public Service Kuya Daniel Razon and International Filipino-Televangelist Bro. Eliseo Soriano, A Song of Praise Music Festival aims to bring back gospel music in the lives of many people and support Original Filipino Music (OPM).
