- Karnataka Employment Bill | Siddaramaiah government has cleared a bill that mandates 100 percent hiring of Kannadigas for in C and D grade positions in all pricvate industries of the state. The bill also mandates 50 percent local candidates in the management category posts and 70 percent local candidates in non-management posts. Watch the video to know more.

private companies only care about their profits and not political stupidity. Kannadigas can cry all they want, but at the end of the day private companies will have no problem shifting their operations elsewhere. The first glimpse of the Congress and its anarchy ideology. Private sector investments never stick to one place. They move to a viable business environment as and when the situation demands and to secure the interest of their stakeholders including talent . That's the very reason the ease of doing business index exists. The challenge for any government is to provide a level playing viable stable business environment and foster employment opportunities.This is also true for educational institutions to attract students across the country and to provide an equal platform for their future.
Put this kind of policy in every state then.

This is good because jobs in states like TN kerala and karnataka are taken over by north indian mass migrating migrants. I want this rule in public sector and central govt jobs too. Today if you walk into a bank in these states you will find hindi speaking north staff who don't know a bit of tamil or kannada making it tough for customers.
