I've had it for about a year now. It runs very well and if your wanting the performance for pcvr it's perfect and It shows little to no lag when I'm playing very high quality games.
I'm so confused because i'm on a tight budget but want a good looking graphics card. This gpu has performance but why did they have to make it look so ugly?
I have never had a AMD GPU, i currently have a GTX 960 2GB after upgrading from GT 430, i want to buy this GPU RX 6600 but first i need to know what is the difference between AMD and Nvidia or why is this card so cheap while so powerful? Is there anything that no one is talking about? I am searching about this and there are people talking about driver problems, stutterings, glitches, crashes, graphical bugs, incompatiblity, what is it? And what is it about Directx11? Is there any problem with it or got already fixed? I'm not into latest games releases, i like more old games (PES 2021, Doom, Doom 3, old DOS FPS games, GTA SA Roleplay and some online games like CSGO, racing games and also emulators (switch, wii, ps3, ps2) and indie horror games (which include recent games releases and the main reason i want to upgrade to this graphic card), will i have any problem with these games? What your impressions, owners of this graphic card, about this GPU? any problem that no one is talking about?
The main reason to be so cheap is that amd released their new generation recently (rx 7000) and they also wants to drop their prices in the midrange cards for example the equivalent of rx 6600 is the rtx 3060 which is 50% more expensive. Nvidia has more features they have things like ray traycing, dlss and is better for streaming.

@@timytimotius4679 Actually I don't think the warranty will be needed, this GPU is cold. Even at 100% of use it not surpasses 65º this GPU is really impressive
usually pretty damn low, most people report not seeing it get near 70c. it's energy consumption is low and those big ass fans make it quite well refrigerated. i've ordered mine, it's due to arrive tomorrow, i'll post again with my results once i have it edit: have been playing for about a week, haven't seen it surpass 67c, ultra settings 1920x1080p in most games
