I received a 100 per cent disability rating plus additional rating of home bound gor profound hearing loss. I was around jet engines for 20 years. VA had previously given me hearing aids and an adapter to use to applify speech, but never mentioned applying for disability. Our daughter, a vet, insisted I apply.
I am service connected for tinnitus 10% and service connected for hearing loss 0%. Ive been trying to decide how soon i should try and get the hearing loss evaluated again to at least get 10% for that as well.
