What kind of RC boat hull do you like most?

You know I like vhulls 😊 but your F1 run on rails on that water👌
I like that you have friends to run yours boats together 🤗

@@daiciuapostol79 Yes I know, and I love them too 😉.
The T800 runs pretty stable indeed! It is a bit short on power, compared to the Arrow Shark. That boat runs the same setup as my Wildthing.
Hopefully at the meeting, we can run the Arrow Shark together with the G-Force. I'm currently painting it. I will make a video about that too, of course 😎✌️

Both hulls are awesome to run the mono has more flexibility for rougher water conditions the tunnels are pure fun

Like the f1 for its looks and characteristics, but... A mono has my preference (leaning in the corners, sound rpm) and then a cat... But also has bit to do with conditions you can run them.

The high rpm setup of the mono sounds good and it runs more aggressive. The F1 Tunnel runs more efficient, with a lower kV setup, but the same top speed (and we ran the same props). They're both great fun 😎

I would like to see you run laps together or line them up and drag race them. And hold your lanes. Too many close calls where one or the other let off to avoid a wreck. Maybe something to think about for next time. Looked like great fun either way, I'll bet it got your knees knocking!

You're right Sam. This pond has a triangle shape and a stone wall, where it is risky to go full throttle at the back straight. The mono driver never ran there before, and we were careful not to collide.
At the beginning of April, we hope to run on a much bigger pond at the Dutch RC Powerboats event. I will bring the G-Force twin as well. It's currently getting a paint job.

Bytheway what brand is the arrow shark. I like it's shape.

It's an old hull, and the brand seems to be Arrow Shark. On the sides it mentions in small letters 'Dragon Fly' . That's where I got that name from in the video 😉

The second run, the mono used an even more powerful battery. It was definitely faster, and it corners well too!

@CozyRC Hi there. Great vid once again. Just showed my wife. She's still joking with me that after 6 months, at least 9 fully printed boats, a couple of grand in materials and I'm yet to get a single boat and motor of mine to reliability work for more than 1 min. She has a point. So... my 1/8 scale printed moulds seem to be working. Also did a test with silicone moulds. They seems to work OK for small concave parts, such as engine covers. Now waiting for some tool cast mould epoxy, from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 😀, to go about my 1/5 tunnel hull.

@NoMatterDesign A fast RC boat will experience huge stresses. Strength is absolutely required, as you've found out. I hope your moldings will turn out great! With Dutch products, I'm sure it will 😉

Hi DJ Thanks for sharing, we did had great fun together this Friday. The Arrow Shark was very fast, powerful and bit more stable with my new Lipo 6S CHNL 6200mAh / 950gr.. Although the difference in weight with my previous Lipo 5000mAh / 800gr. from the same brand.
More about the transformation from the Arrow Shark see:
