@@ross1458 Hello Michael, I hope that you are well and also staying both cool and safe. Thank you for your generous comment on the tying and you are, of course, absolutely correct, in that, classics work forever!😉
@@TERRYBIGGENDEN Hello Terry, really good to hear from you and if you are one of those that celebrates Christmas in July, Merry Christmas! Knowing your penchant for this style of fly, I’m not surprised by your comment, but thank you for your generous description.👌
@@neilsspanishflybox Thanks. It's cold and windy jere with light snow at times west of Sydney (not much).-just nuisance value). An ex student of mie has taken some gorgeous snow and frost photos south of Canberra. where I was fishing in earlier yhis year. I have sold my house and looking for another place. Misery. Hopefully fly fishing on spring. /d love some of your heat! :-)
@@TERRYBIGGENDEN Goodness gracious, you want heat and we want a drop in temperatures - but I guess it has always been like that at this time of the year! Moving house can be traumatic, but I hope that you can still find some decent fishing!😉
@@mikeney5113 Hello Mike, good to hear from you. Not sure about whether your weather patterns have changed, but where I live, we normally get high temperatures during the summer - having said that, we have dropped to 31C today. It will warm up again as the week goes on.😅 As I said, this is a very old pattern, notwithstanding my UV flecks, but it is still very capable of catching trout.👍
@@chili1593 Hello there, thank you for your generous comment and if you are a wet fly aficionado, this is certainly a fly to try on your cast. I hope you are keeping well.
I will give this one a go, for sure. Very nice tie. In my part of the world, it is hot and smokey from many wildfires. Poor air quality, but we are hoping things will improve soon. Thanks again for the tie!!!
@@bobhammond8067 Hello Bob, thank you for your kind comment, it certainly is worth tying a few up. I am sorry to hear that you are suffering in that way and I also hope that things improve. Stay safe my friend.
Beautifully tied classic. For all our modern materials these classics still produce. Stay cool and safe.
