NEDA clarifies P21 food threshold not meant as budget for decent living standard

people are smart, its not a recommendation its was a statement, they didn't do their job they just need to interview or make a questionnaire on a study group to figure out a decent amount to see the food budget

Katulad nyan, nakanganga lang, hindi nito alam kung magkano ang budget para naman makakain ng may kunting sustansya ang mahihirap. Sila kaya na taga neda ang mag budget ng 64 pesos, baka sa sigarilyo pa lang nila, ubos na ang 64 pesos sa isang oras palang. Hindi pa nagsasawa sa pang uuto sa taong bayan
