  • 1. “Spaghetti and Meatball” - core for littles
    2. “Kissing toes” - butterfly stretch
    3. “Make a pizza” - a la seconde stretch (center splits)
    4. “Humpty-dumpty” - for alignment and turnout
    Young dancers love to make believe, imagine, and play games! These are four of my favorite exercises to do with littles in pre-ballet that get littles to activate and stretch their muscles without even realizing it!
