    I have not seen this take on the Chernobyl Ant before. I can see it is an improvement. Typically I don't use them but I'll try some like this. Great pattern Mak, thank you for the work involved in sharing.❤️

    man i need to get better at dubbing with that synthetic stuff...or maybe mine is different, Prism SLS?

    • @Makflies
      @Makflies  4 года назад +1

      Thank you friend, I think you need to google for Sparkle Dubbing ~:)))

    • @kerrypitt9789
      @kerrypitt9789 4 года назад +2

      With some of the synthetics, if you can twist the initial 1/4 inch and wrap it so the starting point is held against the body, you can twist the dubbing on a bit more, do wrap, twist, do a wrap etc.

    It's about time someone tied a proper wing for true visibility on video besides tying the "showcase" version with a 1mm ×1mm piece of foam. 😂😂😂. I tie a monstrous big wings on my patterns for visibility/floatation.

      I agree on the big wing. When the fly starts to set low on the water the big wing helps out with flotation.
