Eating "clean" was not on my radar when I received a spontaneous awakening. Also, I had mercury fillings at the time and was not in a sacred place. I think downloads and awakenings happen when they are destined to happen. Many of us awakened while eating meat, drinking coffee and having very little spiritual knowledge. I love how Penny Pierce speaks on us being spheres of energy.. . It reminds me of how I began to think about the gravity of us having to say we are of sound mind in even legal writings when communicating that we are completely present...... Like that's a legally binding way to say that...... We often have words that we use that we don't acknowledge the impact of what those truths have been trying to communicate to s through space and time. Last night’s Mastery Circle with the clearing you did was priceless and this show today was the perfect follow up. Things I’ve already heard - for years and years and knew on one level - somehow just sank in to a much deeper level. I’ve spent almost 40 years of my adult life immersed in Vedic thought, which can be quite fatalistic - that’s been hard for me to break, but I think I’m finally ready to accept this new paradigm. Wonderful show and amazing host! 👍🙏😀 Just a note about the second presenter’s recommendation about lowering mercury levels in body and at the same time providing recommendations about consumption of wild caught fish that still contains various levels of mercury. Oceans are extremely polluted and according to scientific predictions , sea life is at the highest risk of extinction. If we want to clean ourselves and the Planet, we need to start with our plates. Instead of consuming dead animal flesh, humans should switch to intake of live food sources. Simply eating plants and letting animals be. Animals are sentient beings like us and investing in animal agriculture is supporting violence and murder, That is a good Karma. Make your body a temple and not a grave yard. I would suggest that the second speaker watch SeaSpiracy, new documentary and hopefully he will change his outlook about clean diet. And again, thank you, Michael! I loved the first presenter. He provided excellent info.

You are absolutely correct. Food is food. I know so many vegetarians and vegans, recite mantras , in real world they are the horrible human being.
