if you have the trail rated grand cherokees then you will not need spacers unless you plan on running bigger than stock, or you will rub , and hammer your pinch weld over and flatten it, it will allow 31 10.5 . I have 255 70 17s and they fit fine with pinch mod with no rubbing even at full compressed struts unless stock height., I am going up to 32's when you lift it it allows more clearance of the pinch weld but with a lift you will wear out drive train componants suspension and wheel bearings faster and even faster with bigger tires added.. These jeeps and commanders are some of the few that have or can have lots of issues when lifted. But if done correctly they are a blast and quite frankly impressive for a soccer mom SUV. I have a 2005 grand cherokee limited (25,000 ever made) lifted with a 2.5 inch lift giving me 4 inches total lift and other mods. The front axles are alright but they do heat up a little due to the angles...plan on replacing every year..or 2. I have quadra drive 2 in my 05 gc limited with the 5.7 elsd. Now with quadra trac models it is normal to hear the clicking with the wheels transfer power to the other wheels...its the brakes..You dont have to remove sway bar links as your struts bottom out before sway bar links would need to be removed. its rock climbing and hard articulation of the axles with a lifted high travel suspensions 4 inches on up that make the quick connect sway links usefull and a front diff drop and trans/transfer case crossmember spacer drop needed. a good mod is LED bar, pod lights and new head light assemblies with projector lenses makes night boon docking easier and night trailing better. a lift significantly increases its capabilities. Rough country or OME is the best. I have 2.5 spacer lift (budget boost) and rear sky jacker, black max for 2 inch lift. but it doubled the lift hieght because the suspension components so |I got 4 inches total making a 3 inch budget boost needing the diff drop kit and crossmember, also you will need to update drive shafts to a double cardan, drive shaft with the yoke kit..and same with the front transfer case to front diff prop shaft. best thing to do is get that front shaft replaced by woods or adams or any other offroad custom drive shaft company. dont waste time on high angle cv axles, they burn up too...and for 1200 dollars a piece it aint worth it.
quadra trac 1 or 2 also ......being the brakes work the 4x4 system you can have a bad abs sensor and the light comes on for brakes , it takes your 4x4 right out...just a fyi...it hapens a lot...they get dirty coated with brake dust, mud,
I have a 06 and I love it

do you need spacers to install such tires?
No llevas estabilizadora detrás, y qué tal los amortiguadores, te aguantan la extensión?
En ese momento no llevaba, ahora llevo unas prolongadas, con las que sigo ganando en extensión!
