Easy Peanut Butter Cookie

Peanut Butter Cookies
1 Cup peanut butter (creamy)
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Egg
Blend all ingredients. Drop by spoonful or shape by hand into balls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
To Freeze: Blend all ingredients. Drop by spoonful or shape by hand into balls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet into freezer until frozen (about 2 hours).
