He is only broken in normal 5v5 and low tier ranked. In higher rank he is useless. He is very squishy. Very vulnerable in aoe attacks. Target him early and he is out of the fight. He may escape with ulti, but he is still out from the clash.

Yess, loong is broken, cause him have skill escape n large burst damage from 1 skill, so instakill in the lategame for enemy
