Seafood fried rice
* 2 lobsters
* ½ g shrimp
* 500g salmon
Seafood stock
* shells of lobster
* Shells of shrimp
* Half onion
* One carrot
* Green onions
* 1 ½ Teaspoon salt
* One knorr chicken cube
* 4 cups water
* 3 cloves garlic
* 3 cups of rice
* ½ bell pepper
* 2 cups seafood stock
* 1½ cup water
Spice mix
* 2 teaspoons onion powder
* 2 teaspoons garlic powder
* 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper/hot pepper
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
Veggies used:
* ½ onion
* 1 green bell pepper
* Red bell pepper
* Yellow bell pepper
* 1 large carrot
* Green beans
