Hi Adam, I wanted to ask, do you need to give measurements of your graphics in a tech pack and their exact placement measurements on a hoodie or is a mockup (hoodie vector with graphics but no size or placement measurements) good enough? Thanks.
You can use either ai, procreate or vector pea. Vector pea is free online, however I recommend you download Adobe Illustrator, and follow this tutorial until you understand the basics. If you still need help, I’m on instagram @adamsmockups.
