This makes me think of the scripture Psalm 127:2 “2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep”. Some translation says gives his beloved rest!
I gotta relisten to this again. That’s how weary I have been. So anxious and need to be still. It’s so much more we can see, hear and do when we rest.

Look up old school traditional farming and agriculture. It’s an ancient concept of tying to animals together to tread the harvest. If you look up “Two Animals yoked together” and image should pop up to help you understand. Apart of the old covenant laws was not yoking certain animals together.
