Frankie, thanks for the very entertaining videos this year. I am just a tiny bit jealous of your playing by ear skills. I have been playing flugelhorn for about 30 years now, but always in orchestral form and of sheet music, so I cannot really play by ear, just sight read. I took a bit of a sebatical now as I have a young family and my orchestral rehearsals take quite a toll (200km drive etc) hope to be returning in the coming year. I wish you the best for the next year!

This looks like a lot of fun. What loop station are you using vs what loop station would you recommend. Seems like a great practice tool and to build backtracks on the spot. I am dont have your ears but I want to give it a try.

It’s really wild to think these videos are now windows into an internet era that no longer exists. Omegle was shut down for good reasons, I was in middle school when it came out and I saw some messed up things. But I also met some cool people and saw some interesting things too.
Wild to think no one will ever be able to go onto Omegle and see something like this again. Just a dude jammin’ out with multiple instruments for fun.
There are other alternatives that people use, but it’s definitely the end of an era!

The bullies on omegle are usually that way because they are insecure from lack of genuine interaction that would show them their is value in authenticity beyond vanity. Often they just don't want to put in the work to not be a POS, so they convince themselves it makes them special.
