Conspiracy Theory, Capital Games created the meta report to shut down the RUclipsrs in order to keep them from ranting about their game. Although it is very counterintuitive to decrease the RUclips content which is the majority of the community it makes all the special teams known therefore keeping all the secret teams less powerful. This way people know strategies which make them apply it to the game therefore putting time and effort into the game and encouraging them to spend money. Capital Games may play dumb but when it comes to money they know their stuff. Although the theory has holes and it didn’t work they also could have done it to cause controversy which gets them popularity and get more people to talk about it and play the game
Got my second gear 12 today! Padme Amidala. (JKA was my first) Looking to put a few g13 pieces on Anakin, then moving on to g12 the rest of the team. Thanks for recommending this path to start off with, Ahnald, it’s a ton of fun!
I'd get everyone else to G12 first. The Padme team really collapses once Padme, JKA, GK, or Ahsoka die. They need to survive, and you have to get 6 dot Health primary mods on them. After that, definitely get JKA to g13, so JKR stops gunning him down so easily.

Darth Sidious lead with Greedo and a leftover tank is a surprisingly fun team of misfits. The extra crit chance and crit damage from Sid means Greedo can actually hit pretty hard.
I'm in the 2.5M bracket and don't have many teams and toons at g12, so I've been trying to think of some early game tricks. One team I'm excited about is old ben lead with c3po and r2 for tons of turn meter on evasion and cooldown reduction from translation
Poggle, Deka, Magna. Poggle droids heal 10% health when attacking out of turn. Zeta Deka and Magna attack out of turn. Works fairly well in back row when opponents overplay a good front Defense

Basically none. You need at least GAS, DR, or Wat to make any counter work. If you have Jedi Knight Luke (I’m assuming you don’t based off your comment) that can maybe work with JKR.

I use my shaak L, rex and 5555 on offense against GG, B2 and B1. 99% win. Keep hitting B2 so that his tm isn't triggered then rex special on GG and your done.

I’ve done the same, everyone is G12 except Kenobi and Anakin is G13. Kenobi is quite the tank at 13 under Padme lead
