This honestly is my favorite channel. I’ve re watched all the series over again recently and absolutely love see a new video posted. Your channel is so relatable to me and the skills and attention to detail make all the content amazing.
Loving the Hondamino & looking forward to the Scout. Oh, a tip I wanted to mention; I was painting a set of whipper arms, so I painted them flat black, then clear coated them & they had an OEM look to them, a little different then just gloss black.
Another great video! Headrests were made mandatory in 1969 so peoples heads wouldn’t fly off in an accident (ok whiplash too). Please have the headrests covered in that awesome material and just remove them at car shows.
Looking really good 👍 bro the hard work and the man hours that goes to your builds is always wroth it this is why I love watching. #bodesqaud #projectcrmino
I'm not a huge fan of body swapped vehicles. Seems everyone and their brother is doing them. And doing them very badly. However,,, this is one that I can really appreciate. The amount of detail and exceptional level of workmanship is top notch. The paint job is so fitting for the age of the car. This is a style you would of seen on late 80s early 90s show cars. The fact that its not LS swapped just makes things even better. I think you have done an incredible job with this car mate. You know your next project has to be one step better. From what I have seen you have the skill to deliver. Good job mate. Well done.
I could have sent you a deburing tool. Nice kits though. I restock the supplies in my garage about every couple months. Misc hardware, panel clips, clamps, bulbs etc. It's amazing to see the Hondamino coming to life.
There is a very good reason hi-back seats and headrests became prevalent in cars. During the 70's a huge amount of accidents in both high and low speed events were causing severe neck "Whiplash" and some fatalities from broken necks, these headrests and high backed seats alleviated that problem immensely. It's a safety thing and they may not look pretty but you can always decorate them. To me leaving them off is almost like not wearing a helmet on a motorbike. I suspect that in the decades since the reason for their existence has not been told to the following generations but things were bad back then.
@@BodeVision For some time there were horrid looking clamp-on headrests that insurance companies at the time thought were a good idea but thankfully those things quietly made their way to the landfill....
i love the work you do and my husband love El Camino, he wish he had one ,,i would to have the shop truck to have a safe truck for him to drive,,,, keep the awesome work you do
Hi Adam, the El Camino is looking awesome in it's new paint job you did a great job getting those stripes spot on, with your gopro there is a setting in my gopro 12 called anti flicker I'm not sure is this will help as it's normally for led lights that flicker on the screen, one other thing you could try is changing the shutter speed as this can cause banding on the screen but as it's only when the welder is running I think it might be causing some interference on your gopro, I don't know if there are any suppressors available similar to those you fit to a car radio to stop the ignition noise that comes through the speakers🤔👍John UK
Good job! Black trim, nice touch... I know, know you have bedlinerd the truckbed...but then I saw it today, it had been nice looking with like a walnuty color, tree like ribbs on it for some "life" in the bed.....🫣🤔😮💨🤔😜 Lola so cute, smelled something on your legs she had to take care of...💚🩵💙.... Have to ask, if I bought a ticket for the work truck, and I won it.... you ship it to me......🇸🇪............?
Keeping the headrests would prevent your head from going through the rear window (and whiplash), should anyone ever hit you from behind. Then again too many safety features to question at this point. Have fun with it, I'll trust the process.
@@bryanoldaker3730 that's what it seems but its just the body of the El Comino on top of the CRV chassis. The only difference is the side pieces he's made to make the engine bay look more stock/complete then just a hack job.
Dude... I don't know what's goin on. Four ads within 5 minutes? Two more ads before 10 minutes. Another couple before 15 minutes. About 10 ads within 20 minutes. NONE of which had anything to do with the automotive industry. You're better than ads. I don't watch for ads. I watch you. Ads can be relevant. They are not.

I want the shop truck so bad. Y'all better buy out those entries. Don't let the giveaway get cancelled.
You need a light beside the camera to help balance the light coming in from the door. The Ute looks great 👍🇦🇺
Same light you use on your RUclips channel I bet …. Right ??😂😂
@ why do you think that you’re being funny. I’m not a child and this is a valid observation.
The incognito tab got me at 16:26 lmao
😂😂😂
The Hondaswap is looking good. I love how you did some work trading on the seats with the Scout! Keepin' it Ol Skool 👊
Those seats are going to come back nice AF, this is my second favorite project you've done on this channel behind the ls Accord!

Really like the black trim on the vehicle, seats should turn out great.
These seats gonna be a real eyecatcher, Adam. Thanks for sharing and have a good one, Dutch regards Nico.
Never tired of watching your videos, man thank you so much
I live that you are working with local shops!
And now I have a new favorite youtube channel 🙂
Bode is a G alright, keep up the Elite work man. Blackout on the trim looks the part
I remember towards the beginning, I suggested finding a Civic, or Integra dash, since the CR-V is basically the same thing.
Are you going to install wipers?
Temu us a rabbit hole. You just want to keep on adding to your cart like I do. 🤣 It's hit or miss but hey, so is Harbor Freight!
I think the seats are going to look sick & compliment the paint job well.
Loving how it's coming out!
The dumper stickers are gonna be epic on the tool box 💪 🧻

blacked out trim was the move. Cant wait to see the seats! look forward to the international build.
So frickin close! Almost completely dialed. Many are looking forward to a dyno video as well. Quite the car!
This thing is awesome. Those seats are gonna be killer.

This has to be the best car you made as of yet.
I like Temu. I bought a gauge bezel for one of my squarebodys.

DUB Ballers wheels would look sick on that car. But that's just me. Great work,Bode.

It’s funny to me that no one has suggestions like this on an old truck with a bench seat where it’s the same issue.

God bless the free state of Florida!
Paint looks like glass, good stuff.
Id love to see it lower with mild camber on some jdm style wheels..something aggressive with a lip ..really piss some folks off

Coming along awesome, bro. You should try one of those Smyth Performance Ute conversions. They have different kits for different vehicles.
Nrg mexicali seat would look sick too
This car is a dream
If you get a retro with a hound's tooth material that would look good with the colors of the car!
Windshield wipers?

LF💥GO
Where are you located at.
Where are the whipers ?
I tried paying the $75 for the giveaway but for some reason it didn’t like my debit card I tried several times
Be unburdened by what has been.
lol.
lol you are going to regret having to take out the motor because you didnt build it at least a little...
well if anything its still a Honda which doesn't take much to pluck the engine out
@JustinFromThe206 very true like, I was just thinking...it'd not in a Honda now, so..might not be so easy lol

I didn't have any ads
No ads when I watched.
No ads here! 😂

Comment for ya
Temu is a dangerous data collection scam that puts your viewers at risk. Think about that the next time you take a sponsor.
FIRST (ignore bots)
Nice truck, ugliest ass wheels, with all the projects you've done smh, Honda mino turned out awesome
Temu? Really? Getting paid by Chinese data harvesting apps? Why is every RUclips sponsor slowly becoming a scam.
Bud this channel is getting stale, and judging by the views I’m not the only one that thinks that.
