AMA Evidence Route - Had a BVA Judge who did that for me. He was very sympathetic and cared about my claim. He instructed it be treated as psychiatric disability claim instead of just strictly PTSD from the MST that occurred.
He had to remand due to egregious DTA errors and “failure to review medical evidence at the RO. They dropped true ball big time. Had me submit additional medical evidence as well to the RO and him. He wrote a very favorable remanded claim on how the RO Fked up. Wish you guys would do a video on Favorable & Unfavorable Remands from BVA. The instructions and wording in that remand is really make or break I strongly feel. I’m forever thankful to the judge. He even interjected that this evidence appears to be At least as likely than not qualified. For 4.5 Years of painfully waiting at BVA, it seems promising and happy he’s on our side.

So what is the exact name of the form? I would like to file this and state I am filing for a psychiatric disability as I have an anxiety, depression and PTSD diagnoses.
