I overspent once. I returned 3 hauls to 3 different stores. The looks I got from the staff were enough for me to STOP 🛑. Tfs!
I also did that once, around 2005? I was a college student working part time and got overexcited. I ended up going back the next day when reality hit and returned over $200 worth of product.

Alright, I'm pumped now that THEE official semi-annual sale jingle has been sung! Tip: what I do to use the coupon twice even when it is linked on my phone is to actually type every character of the online code in the code section at check out online, and not click on it to apply it. This way I can still use the same coupon in store. It's been working ever since I've had the coupons linked in the app on my phone. ;-) Thanks, Shaughnessy! ❤

Yeah, I went through my stash and I’d like to get Cotton Candy Clouds lotion & Madagascar Vanilla FFM & lotion. My hidden gem hunt is Pink Petal Poundcake and 75% off perfect bottles (Among the Clouds)
I’m pretty sure the last of the Sweet Petal Poundcake sold out online the first day of winter SAS in December. That’s when I got mine for $2.95.

Yes, those BBW body ceams will go bad on you. I'll usually buy the lotions the majority of the time unless they only have the body cream in a scent I want, and then I'll have the mindset to use the body cream ASAP.
You just gotta power through them and apply them multiple times in a day.
By the time the body creams hit the bin, unless it’s a scent they’re specifically bringing in for SAS, they’re already halfway to their expiration date. It’s best to get them the first good sale after release.

Thankfully I own damn near everything, so I only need a few…probably just 10-12 body mists. Half will be backups. I don’t even bother with lotions and creams any more. I don’t find that they make much of a difference for me. I just spray down with body sprays and perfumes, and I’m good.
I bought several body mists today for 5.95. I bought a couple of all the dupes, including the newest Sol De J Vacation Vibes. I think I bought 14 fragrance mists and I know most wont be less than 50% off for SAS. I still have money for several more in a week or two, 75% off only. 😊
I always have problems with the stores giving me a price adjustment. Even customer service won’t do it sometimes. Just putting that out there…
In my experience most employees don’t even know how to do a price adjustment so it’s easier to bring in your receipt, return it, and immediately re-purchase it while you’re at the register.

I don't even have to worry about a budget. I know that I only want three items a lotion in vanilla Madagascar a lotion in the Tahitian dreams if I'm saying that right and I definitely want that mist in that coconut milkshake I got it thought that it was similar to something else but ended up missing when I took it back so I will get another one of those. unless they come out with something else that I wasn't expecting those are the only three things that I want and I might get two of the Tahiti dreams lotion again I don't know if I'm saying that right
I want Wild Madagascar Vanilla too. Been waiting for that to come back. I'm going to check out Tahitian Island Dream.

Yeah, I refuse to buy their body creams. I just threw out a 2023 Tutti Frutti Candy body cream. Only had it for a year and it went bad. I'm just getting body mists and maybe a couple lotions in the scents that I absolutely love.
I only want one scent, unless they’re bringing back wrapped in vanilla.
I made sure this year to have a list because I use to go overboard and I still have so much that I need to go through these are great tips

Great tips! I really want to stay under $50 this time. I saw a few returning classics that I want to get but other than that I have so much. I have to stay strong because I am a master at girl math 😆 I also wanted to tell you I immediately picked up the Gucci Elixir right after you mentioned it reminded you of a Lush store. I doubt they’ll do free shipping though, I don’t think they did last year. That’s the only downside. Not to mention the excitement of going in store and seeing everyone get so excited to get new goodies!

This will be my second sas and I’m only doing a few fragrances. I make my own wax melts, so I won’t be getting any candles. I’ve built up quite the collection in a short amount of time lol.

I literally have no idea which is the biggest store near me. I've been trying to map it out, but I have almost 20 stores in radius of my parents. I've been to many of them, but I still don't know which is the best, lol. I know I'm not going to all of the stores, but in some cases they're a few miles down the road from each other. I might hit 2-4 on Saturday, 2 for sure because I have BOPIS orders 🤣🤣🤣
