    250 ml (1.25) cups of water
    50 ml oil
    A pinch of salt
    A pinch of sugar
    250 grams of flour
    20 grams of starch
    4 eggs
    A teaspoon of vanilla
    Honey:
    3 cups of sugar
    1.5 cups of water
    1 tablespoon glucose honey
    How to prepare:
    1. Preparing the Levant dates paste:
