Hello everyone! Today let's slow down a bit and spend time, cleaning up, organize the fridge, chat healthy groceries, and meal prep a few homemade goodies to have throughout the week.
I used Lily's chocolate, but my daughter wasn't't a fan of it. I'm glad you mentioned Hu where I could bag the small bag of the chocolate chips, I've only seen the chocolate bar so far. Also any tips to help feed a picky eater and transition to try eating new vegetables. She only likes certain vegetables lol
Elizabeth, what is the grocery chain you shop at for groceries? I've been watching your videos (new subscriber) and some of your grocery hauls I've never seen or heard of some of the items. I am interested in changing my diet to a more clean approach and would like to find some of those items you have bought if available in my area. Totally enjoying your channel and getting some great recipes and tips! ❤
That’s wonderful!! It’s called “Sprouts Farmers Market” it’s like a mixture of Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s but better prices than Whole Foods. I LOVE sprouts so much. I’m so glad the videos are giving you some inspiration! I’m here anytime!!
That chia pudding looks delicious!! I'm in the hunt for a good probiotics, after a hysterectomy a few months ago my gut is having a hard time, do you have any recommendations? Thanks
It’s really great!! 😋 A good probiotic can be tricky to find and sometimes trial and error because what works well for some won’t work for another (because we all have different gut microbiomes). Instead I keep it really simple and food-based: raw sauerkraut (you can find it at places like Costco), kefir, kombucha, yogurt, raw apple cider vinegar in water with lemon or in a salad dressing etc. A small amount of these foods everyday does wonders! I hope your recovery goes well. 😊
Where do you buy your healthy groceries do you buy from thrive market from azure standard I mean you just have things you don't get in the standard grocery store I'm just wondering

I’m curious about your vinegar water solution to wash produce. Can you share the details?
you need a vitamix next :)
I actually got one 1/2 off on Black Friday!! I had been waiting years for it and absolutely adore it.
