    Hi, this is Stephen Key and Andrew Krauss. We are here to help you make money from your ideas. We started our company inventRight over two decades ago to teach people how to license (aka rent) their ideas to companies in exchange for royalties.
    This process is called “product licensing.”
    On our channel, we show you exactly how you to take an idea and license it to companies in exchange for passive income.
    Today, you do not have to start a business to make money from an idea.
    With product licensing, you don’t have to write a business plan, raise money, manufacture, market, sell, or distribute any longer.

    Hi Stephen Key & team . Thank you for this information . I have innovated gravity energy converter , I have filled provisional patent application . It is exprimently and theoretically has proven but in proto type stage .. Can I show my innovation openly any one or after getting patent I can show it publicaly?
    I will be thankful for your advice .

    • @inventRight
      @inventRight  Год назад +3

      Since you filed a provisional patent application now you have one year of patent pending status. At this point, I would only showed the “benefit”of your intellectual property of your patent pending invention after someone is interested and wants to see your intellectual property. I would have them sign it NDA. Now you haven’t publicly disclosed it.This will give you the option to refile if you need to because of limited funds. Once you file for a non-provisional patent application before the one-year is over, and after your non-provisional, patent application gets issued then it is publicly shown through the USPTO.
      Please note, I am not a patent attorney. I am not giving legal advice.

    Hi Stephen , i invented something when gyms closed and did a search nothing like it anywhere so i filed PPA even made a prototype i contact companies that it would fit in those types of workout equipment first thing they ask after i tell them the benefits they wanna see it, if its shown after explaining the benefits it can be easily copied because its simple, my question is at what point do i ask them to do a NDA?

    • @inventRight
      @inventRight  Год назад +3

      Hello Samuel,
      Fitness industry is not an easy industry. They definitely want to see results from any equipment. Make sure to find one that is inventor friendly. Always sell the benefit first, but do not show the intellectual property until there’s interest and when there’s interest, then ask if you can sign their NDA. Read it carefully. I have an idea I'm working on I have a prototype and I use it. Had it about a year just started perfecting it with the tools and materials I found online. I just want a patent so I can independently make and sell my product until I make enough money I'll contact a big company and hopefullythey'll make a deal with me. In a perfect world

    • @inventRight
      @inventRight  Год назад

      I would go with licensing to a big company instead Anthony. It's much lower risk and way less involved. However, selling a product yourself is not wrong of course, but please be real about needing to raise huge amounts of money and dedicating 50 to 80 hours a week if you are going to do it. So just get educated on both paths (licensing like we do and venturing) then decide what's right for you. - Andrew Krauss, inventRight Co-Founder
