Im new to café racers and learning to build a bike and have been binge watching so many videos from all over the world. It's an amazing culture. But what is so incredible is watching you do your thing to build a beautiful bike with all the tools and resources available. And watching some dude in Thailand or Guatemala do the same thing with just a few tools and recycling parts. There is no wrong or right way, just your way for the love of the art..
Great video, no rush, it conveys well the patience and attention to detail that the build of an electrical system from scratch requires. I'm the dude who sent you his custom machined hubs for lacing a little over a year ago (from Thailand). The build is almost complete and I'm about to start the electrical, from scratch and with a M-Unit as well, this vid cranked up my motivation. Keep up the good work guys.

Super nice build! Must be super satisfying knowing you ran every wire as well! Off subject; I saw a boxer engine that didn't have a huge case over the jug height do you know how? Build was 1975 BMW Cafe Racer Zap Leather and Cycle and I have some ideas about a potential build, resolving a few things that always annoy me about these airheads in general, though I am coming to appreciate them through these cafe style builds. THanks
All that work and you didn't replace the spring washers with the replacement non-spring type to get rid of the top end clatter. Otherwise everything looks good.

we have it on the site. It uses one bolt and mounts through the existing hole on the frame.

It has worked well. We use these on pretty much all the builds.
