I will produce a Restmod cafe custom based on the BMW R100RS. Although the base bike has a not good appearance, it is a one-owner accident-free bike with a solid base and good quality. After complete disassembly, while restoring like a new, it will finish as a full custom cafe. Please note that the video does not cover all of the work steps due to editing and shooting. Processes, tools, and know-how that are not included in this video are required. Please enjoy it as a work image movie, not a HowTo movie.

You are a true bmw master, it looks like you’ve done this a thousand times. Everything you did was calculated and sure, no fumbling. I know that it took you longer to set up the camera than the actual work, thank you for that, I’ve been looking for a tear down like this for a long time.

    Excellent video :)
You were really lucky with the gudgeon pins [wrist pins].
On my R65 they were stuck in so tight I had to use a press to get them out of the pistons.
And that second engine mount bolt that you had to hammer out - ALL mine were like that, I had to soak everything in CRC...
I am looking forward to your next video!
    Thanks, from Australia.
