- Today I will make an aluminum fender that fits the inverted fork.This bike has 18 inch wheels, so there is no general purpose fender to fit.That's why I made it from an aluminum plate in one-off.

サクっと作ってる編集ですけど、ほぼ全て曲面加工だし、クリアランス計算やフォークのかわしを考えながらの板金加工は難易度高いのに、本当に綺麗な仕事です！！凄い！！

Very nice. I recently did a fender for a scrambler using the same techniques. I rarely get to use the tools & skills for that kind of work, but I really love doing it.

Yeah handsome. Kawasaki H2 750 (SS) 1971 &1972 is the most beautiful front guard in my opinion. Even aerodynamically designed by Kawasaki to allow cooling air to the centre cylinder . Being the worlds first 3 cylinder s stroke. Many said couldn't be done; centre cylinder would over heat.

Je suis français et admiratif de votre travail.je ne sais pas si vous connaissez mais pour peut être avoir encore une meilleure finition sur le polissage du garde boue avant en aluminium ,essayer avec une polisseuse roto orbital (flex pxe 80 ) et avec un polish spécial métal (gyeon Q2M metal polish) et je pense que si vous connaissez pas ça pourrais faire des miracles .encore une fois félicitation pour votre travail d’orfèvre
