He gets indicted late July, early August in Georgia. Jan 6th is getting ready to indict, probably early Winter. He is facing 100's of years in prison. If he gets one month for each count, he'll get around 3 years. Just for this case, 185 years in prison if he gets max.

Every high end Federal criminal case is recorded in court notes by stenographer and journalist. The problem is the sensitive environment of public opinion and tainting the jury pool that is handpicked for not having biases. I believe the court room itself has close circuit av cameras that is kept in a security library and not allowed to leak to journalist if you are talking about historical posterity.
To remind future presidents, can't take documents with nuclear, secret mission, spy/s info as souvenirs.

Yeah.. it's so disgraceful to see him out of custody and even talking to journalists like just nothing he had done taking out classified files out of White House after completing his tenure like he, the sole owner of those. One of his attorneys even told the news media that he held every right to declassify the classifieds...but wait a bit, yes, he had that right during his working hours as President, if I'm not wrong, it's blunder to take those out of his former office like his own properties to declassify later. It's kind of a betrayal to the country as President who took oath to protect the country's secrecy and retain every sensitive information within him and only him. What we had seen was how those secret documents were kept open in public places inside his palace, shocked the world. I do believe as the citizen from another country that his betrayal to the country and it's people, merciless and the justice system should play the fair role in this case without considering him as former President. Yes, any other normal person committing such crime would not allow to move free outside world. Feel how the US people's Trust to the judiciary system is broken down days by and it's furious for democracy, no doubt.
