Love this vid. I’m crap with the wag asa, but I can definitely see the skill in it’s use. Timing the deflects and keeping your bar up, is always impressive.

after playing with 50%, 30%, 20%, and then back to none, it's really hard to say. i think the frames of the parry are so small to begin with that even the extra %'s from dodge master don't help much - i've dropped dodge master entirely on the build i'm working with currently and it still feels as consistent
i mainly play solo (like 99% of my hunts), but the damage is quite good! i do all dv's under 5 minutes, volatiles take 2-4 minutes depending on how much running they do, and everything else just dies nearly instantly. i can't say how it compares to other weapons because i haven't looked at much else besides bow, but it feels really strong
@@seany2108 parry -> light attack, same inputs as umbrella throw. I've heard the attack jumping off crates builds meter fast too but I've never used it before. you can also parry your own star bomb to build gauge before battle

thanks for watching! wagasa is super strong, maybe not bow level (nothing is bow level), but i think it's still in a really good spot

Can auto parry stack?
auto parry from skill + auto parry from talisman
sorry, i'm not sure since i've never used that skill - but i don't think it would because skills with no value don't seem to stack
How do you get that layered armor
It’s an end-game armor visual mod system called cladding. You need to have the armor piece itself, then collect magic orbs by beating volatile kemono
