1) How would you say the noise, vibration and harmonics are now with 80A Poly bushings installed? 2) Is the gains in handling worth the increase in Noise, vibration and Harmonics when going up from 80 to 95A? Especially if it's for an daily E36 with an 1Jz non turbo swap?
1) There is an overall difference in NVH (Noise/Vibration/Harshness) when comparing 80a to rubber bushings. However, NVH is fairly subjective, but for most going to 80a poly is noticeable in a "good" way as most people would say that you can feel the car a bit more overall. 2) Now when it comes to choosing 80a vs 95a, given that you are street driving the car, I would say that going to 95a may not be "worth" the added stiffness simply due to public road conditions being so variable i.e. train tracks, driveways, and potholes.
A bit of deformation caused by heat here in cencal. They didn’t come with races then/lip for the top welds, and the front carrier bushing doesn’t have a lip so I get bit of clunking here and there.
Do you not use silicone grease during install?
Silicone grease is optional during install 👍

@@garagistic Appreciate the feedback and the information... I'm looking into your catalogue so I can change out the major bushings and bearings
