Our belt rounding system - equipped with a rounding profile which gives a regular spherical shape to doughs of large leavened products like panettone, in this way regular growth will be given during the leavening phase.
The whole structure of the belt rounder is in painted steel with internal under-belt base in stainless steel. The structure is mounted on solid fixed supports, all adjustable, and equipped with feet which can be anchored to the ground. The stainless steel collecting tray and the CE-compliant electrical system fixed in the structure complete the product.
The speed is adjustable according to the production needs thanks to a potentiometer or a display (depending on the level of customization).
The treated belt is equipped with anti-skid profile and is available in various versions, depending on the type of product in fact it is possible to choose between smooth belt or negative pyramid belt. All belts are equipped with easily removable scrapers for a proper cleaning.
The rounding profiles are adjustable both in height and in inclination as well as diagonally to mould the production of various sizes and types of products.
With this belt system It is also possible to loaf the colomba (* thanks to the FIL optional long loaf moulder ) designed for an optimal loafing of the dough the colomba 500 - 750 - 1000 gr.
