Very good animation but there are some issues in the explanation 1) AC mains peak voltage is over 320V on both positive and negative sides. 230v is RMS value. 2) A capacitor cannot reach to 30V when charged with lesser voltages (3-8V).

Correction: 230v peak to peak nahi hota, wo rms value hota hai. To switch on karne par voltage 325 to -325 tak jayega.
