I don’t think imma use this to prestige necessarily, but I do want to unlock all (or at least most) the gadgets for multiplayer with my (even more) newbie friends!
You can throw objects to the door before open, for new people. That can avoid the instant hunt sometimes and you can bring more objects without open the door. Sorry mb english
Honestly, I do this strat to at least get all level 1 equipment quickly, and level 2 Dots (because level 1 dots are horrible). Only modification which I do when doing this is turning on sprint, because if the ghost isn't super obvious I proceed to loop it around the kitchen counter and hopefully learn more from there. Nevertheless great video!
Oh so prestiging does reset gear unlocks then? I only just started playing recently for the first time since the level resets and was wondering if that was the case. And yeah tier 1 dots are so incredibly bad. I just unlocked tier 2 today and my god I never knew how much I missed the og dots until they were gone lmao.
I've been watching a lot of your videos recently and seeing someone as usually calm and collected like you get the spooks at 6:49 killed me lol. Awesome cheat sheet though, I've been looking for something like that, especially with the amount of ghosts and their different abilities, it's really hard to differentiate most of the time as someone not used to being hunted
i was at level 20 and i got two ghosts wrong because they were both very far away from me but using your guide (with sm help from the cheat sheet) i detected the ghost as a hantu because, surprise! it also spawned far away from the hiding spot so i lured it over with the radio, it almost entered the room so i ruled out yokai. then it went out of range again but just before it happened it sped up a little bit so i was like, yknow, it may be a hantu. it was a hantu, i leveled up 2 levels and got some tier 2 items. thank you so much!
I tried this out yesterday, and I only got two of the five contracts I did right. A mare did a flick (so I went with my gut), and I got a rev. I'm relatively new at the game though so I'm still learning. The hunts get me so spooked and they kept turning off the breaker so I had a hard time seeing. At least it always confirmed it wasn't a jinn! I did level up twice though!
Liking this strategy since it allows me to recognise certain ghost faster, thing is though.. whenever its a normal paced ghost and it turns off the breaker its almost impossible to guess when the recognizable part is something physical. Any tips for whenever that happens?
I'm not sure I understand the question, have you prestige before? Your current prestige will be rhe roman numeral you see to the left of your level. You can prestige when you hit lvl 100 and you will see that option on the main menu of the game.
cool strat, nothing wrong with it.. I sometimes play it just to switch things up, but isn't camp woodwind the BEST way to level up in phas? much faster and safer
Additionally a moroi gets blinded by incense for 12 secs! For people like me who still can’t tell a young thaye from moroi can use incense to figure that out
My video uses a Gamma filter to brighten up the screen for the viewers for a better viewing experience, I play on regular settings. The only brightness settings are like eye adaptation which should help somewhat but the game is very dark overall

That's such a troll "Guide" how to level up fast. This is just waiting 5-10 Games to get a Ghost you can identify just by his movement speed or salt steps. 10 Games to get 1 out of the 10 Ghosts (24 existing). Trash method.
Don't do it then, you can stay longer if you want to test others because you easily can, it's all about getting as many ghosts in as short amount of time as possible and it is RNG based. How would you recommend people to lvl up fast?

You can definitely use it to get that faster

That phantom call was insane i didnt even react to what it was (even though i was trying to) and u just instantly called phantom thats wild
I play this game way too much and observe the ghost during hunts a lot so the Phantom's being invisible I can spot pretty quickly

It's so frustrating when it turns off the breaker for sure at least when you unlock night vision it's not as bad when it happens, nice job lvling up!

Sometimes I hold a crucifix and risk turning it on or I just leave and go to the next one, it is frustrating

Its cool but unfun imo to do cheese strats for quick prestiges, I prefer playing the game for fun not speedy prestiges.

I am way more accurate with this than camp woodwind so I get more xp from this so personally this way is better in my mind
so at 7:00 how were you able to tell that the ghost would be a moroi?
Footstep speed, when you play enough you start to hear the differences between that and a young thaye, but they are farily similar

It's not a 100% safe spot the ghost can still find you there, it's just not as likely because ghost has to roam far in
