Amazed at so few likes as yet considering the immense contributions you offer to our careeer performance. Your passion and support shines through - Be well.
Thank you for the amazing tips Rosie! I got chills with your last statement about "not only they will be paying for the person who you were, but the person you're going to become on the potential you're going to bring it to the role as well"
Love your work Rosie. I couldn't see those six figure negotiation email templates you mentioned in the description box. Perhaps I missed them. Where may I find them? Thank you for your awesome content!
Great insights and truly appreciate the practical guidance. I look forward to applying these tips and I'm confident they will work. A question, if they give you an offer and it's about half of what you're expecting how can you negotiate such a wide expectations gap effectively?
Hi Rosie @BadassCareers , If a job listing already lists a salary range and a detailed description of the global package, and the candidate was already given a detailed description of the job because they've gone through several interviews, what are some other strategies to avoid saying the first number? The strategies you mention seem to assume that the candidate is discussing compensation early in the process, but that's not always the case.
Hey Annika, Thank you so much for your comment! I'd love to help you with this, however out of respect for my paying clients I'm unable to offer this level of personalised advice for free. We do however have a 60 minute salary negotiation training that where we outline all things salary negotiation here: www.badasscareers.com/bank I hope this helps! 🌟
Hi Rosie! Love this as currently looking to negotiate a salary on a job o was offered today. Was offered £35k and would like £40/£42k. I couldn’t find the email templates would you be able to share please?
This means they're asking for the contact information of someone you worked for previously so they can ask them about you and your AMAZING work ethic! ✨

Hello,
I got a question, when a recruiter asks for a reference does that mean a recommendation letter from my former employer?
This means they're asking for the contact information of someone you worked for previously so they can ask them about you and your AMAZING work ethic! ✨
@@BadassCareers Alright, thank you so much
