Settings same ki hai....aur jis device me se IP address le rhe ho uske andar hi "built in Ad hoc server" ko check karna hai ok.

Hey we connect to my ip adress that ends with .47 and my friend cant join, but if we do his .165 then i cant join, any help? And i have all the same settings

Put same IP address in both devices like if you got 192.168.43.1 than put same IP address in your frnds device. First of all choose one device as host and enable built-in hoc server in it.

Choose one device as host. Like if your device is host so your IP address is works in both device. That's mean give your IP address to your friend and enable built-in hoc server in your device.
