    There is no room to reach with two hands, only one hand and a child size one. Now to push in the lever it is a a monumental task, way more is to have it pushed in and then finding the opening where to insert a screw. How did you pushed it in and put the screw?

    Any idea as to information about the replacement part - name, part number and the like?

    Ok so after you push in the button how do you screw it down and get it to stay down?

    • @mr.carmikal7194
      @mr.carmikal7194  2 года назад +1

      You put a big screw in by hand and it should keep it open.as if the screw is stuck sideways it wont allow it to close

      @@lilalex56 did you ever get it? i got tiny arms and can make the squeeze but that thing takes 50 pounds of force to move and it pushes against you so it doesn't help. i found how to get slight air coming through the vents, all i did was move it forward like towards me. also fyi to anyone doing this wear a long sleeve because the plastic mold around the hvac unit will scratch you to hell.

    would this still work if i have a vacuum leak?
    my vacum hose melted in a fire
    but your issue can be vacuum as well because the it uses vacuum to move that button.
    do you hear it hissing every time you change from A/C to Vent?

    • @mr.carmikal7194

      there is no sound or hissing but when I push the actuator it starts blowing through vents.seems like actuator gets stuck over time
