I remember the first time I heard this song. It was on Letterman. Her and fort minor. I thought she was unbelievable! Looked her up MySpace and befriended her. Wrote her and told her how beautiful I thought she sang and she wrote me back and told me how thankful she was that she received my message :)

Sorry guys. This is not Skylar Grey. If you google that name you will find her birthname on wikia, it's Holly Hafferman not Holly Brook. However, this girl I love her voice and prefer this version to Mike's!

Does anyone know where she came up with the name Skylar Grey?? I didn't even know that was her on the song "Coming Home" until I couldn't take it anymore and I had to know what this chick looked like and if she had any other songs... ha ha ha... This was my fav song a few years back but I didn't know she was Skylar Grey until tonight!!!
@Ostentatious06: she HAS a solo cd. wikipedia it. it's actually a damn good album too. but as much as i commend her for doing mike's rap HERSELF, i think this song is better as it is on the Fort Minor album [which also features a LOT of very talented people Mike [shinoda] brought in for songs...including Lupe Fiasco.
