i recently did a harsh cleanse of the things in my wardrobe that simply don't fit me, and it made me feel so much better bc wearing things that don't fit me (even if they're cute :'( ) always makes me feel worse. eliminating that route of frustration/self depreciation is such an important step in body neutrality and feeling good+confident in your wardrobe. also good for you for going back on meds, thats not easy! good luck out there!!

just so you know insurance hates to cover a lot of the cost of topicals all the time cuz they're jerks but using coupons like goodrx is really helpful sometimes. sometimes they barely cover anything but sometimes its cheaper than it would be with insurance it just depends. Hopefully this helps!

You are so good at making content, you're so thoughtful about it, about everything because you want to release content that is up to your (extremely high) standards.
