@@linds7774 for a lot of people including myself talking to people (especially therapists) about our problems doesn’t help, makes us uncomfortable, etc so we just take our anger out on everyone, so videos like this are very helpful in calming us down when we’re feeling triggered ❤❤

I’ve had awful headaches since I was 5 and just recently started getting injections for them. They’ve been so bad recently so this is really nice. The black and white is good on my eyes and the whispers are a good volume. Hopefully I can get some relief ❤️
