A few months ago my Son Bo had what looked like a failing kidney in the womb, and I was constantly taking more tests just so scared for him. He is due in 30 days and perfectly healthy 💕 I spent so much time in that “what if?” anxious mindset - don’t worry too much, be gentle on yourself. Hang in there 🥰

Just wanted to say that I have struggled with my mental health for YEARS. The past year or so, I have been doing 'all the things' to help myself get better/cope. I started ketamine treatments Wednesday, and I was super nervous about it. Of course, I chose to listen to Frivvi because she helps me sleep at night when my mind is going a million miles a minute. This video helped calm me so much. It took my experience to an even higher level. I don't even mean that to be funny. I wish everyone could experience that level of 'problems don't exist.'
