Why are there 2 rollers breaking down.? 38 years in the business and I have never seen that that kind of rolling pattern

Umm That's not proper break down. Why is intermediate passing breakdown and breakdown roller going so far back ? The longitudinal joint should be rolled first and run an established pattern . Mix is getting cold guys lol
