Yeah but having a relatively fit body is achievable for everyone (unless you have some sort of physical disability, if so, my heart reached out to you) and living a life of excuses helps no one, least of all yourself :/
@@user-fm9zl6mc3w no one is denying that, but people in these comments aren't simply wishing to be fit lol they're wishing to look the same way that she does, skinny. "I wish I looked like this, you're body goals." People are asking for her workout routine in hopes of being able to achieve her look, when literally most of how she looks is due to her genetics. And that is simply not attainable for everyone. People can lose all the weight they possibly can and won't look the way that she does. There's nothing you can really do about it because we are not all made the same. It's not an excuse, it's just the truth. Now yes everyone does have the ability to be fit (unless maybe they have some underlying condition or something that can't be helped) and that falls into what I said at the end, we should all just appreciate our own bodies and treat them accordingly.
@@user-fm9zl6mc3w many of us, including myself will continue to face issues with our perception of ourselves and our bodies but when you learn to appreciate all that it does for you instead of looking at your body at face value idk for me at least, it gives me all the more reason to just love the one that I have. I want people to exercise because they want to improve the condition and mobility and overall health of their body, not just to look a certain way you know? But if someone wants to be fit to look better, who am I to judge? I just think that shouldn't be the main or sole reason
