Craft Room Transformation II: The Wrath of Chaos

Clean with me as I tackle a major decluttering and organizing day! I start with my daily cleaning routine in the bathroom, giving the tub and shower a thorough scrub. Then it’s time to dive into my craft room, where I begin sorting through the clutter. I gather seasonal decorations and move them to basement storage (you might remember that from a previous video!), empty the closet, and prep my storage boxes and bins for organizing. Along the way, I declutter by tossing things out, recycling, rediscovering my mending pile, and reorganizing my Ikea shelves. It’s a lot of hard work, and by the end, I’m exhausted-but I remind myself (and you!) that it’s okay to take a break and recharge. I know some of her advice, I've watched a couple of her videos, but I haven't read her books. She's awesome and funny. I have been thinking about doing a book review video or two, or perhaps occasional segments. I grew up having Sidetracked Home Executives on my bookshelf, and then as an adult had a book by the Fly Lady, I forget her name, I forgot the name of the book but I remember this: a clean, shiny sink! And spread out all the monthly or yearly stuff so it doesn't come up all at once, and zones! Also, put on makeup to clean your house. I mostly jettisoned that one, 🤣 but my face is clean and moisturized. 😊
