  • Hey gang! I'm going over the JFJ Easy Pro Disc repair system. I'll show you basic use and the results on scratched and dirty discs. If it fits your budget. I'd highly recommend this product. I've been using it on my video game and movie repairs for several years. It works great. Check it out!

You did a great job of explaining the JFJ one step system for cleaning disc's. It was very thorough. I believe cleaning and polishing is good fior a minute given the machine does allow the option for this. Also buffing out scratches with the sanding attachments beforehand and the steps you gave are ideal. Good job!

when i use my JFJ i use the Soft sand paper gor 20seconds or 1 minute depeding on the scratches, then i use either the White Finishing Compound, i spray the disk with little water, and dry of the disc, but it seems like the Fiber cloth makes scratches at times, i try other fiber cloths but still sometimes they to leave scratchs, any idear whats going wrong.?

I have on of these but the supplies are really hard to come by in Europe I have to import them from the US but the shipping prices are almost 3 times the price of the supplies. I am thinking of using maguieres ultimate compound and get the 3rd party buffing pads which are available in the UK. Have you ever used other products other than the jfj stuff?

i have the model JFJ Eyecon One Step its very simple and only has one solution you need to use and you can resurface GameCube discs with it but your not suppose to. Max time i do for GameCube is 15 seconds and they work fine after any longer I think will break the disc to be honest. I though about getting this model early on but I didn't like that fact you had multiple compounds to apply

Yea the several steps on the pro to clean discs is a hassle. And now its more expensive then in 2017.. The game cube adaptor is scarce and pricey.

Hey Bird Brain Gaming, do you recommend getting a plexiglass plated jfj easy pro instead of the current metal plated? It’s because they say the metal plate can heat up and damage the disc or burn the pads.

I've not experienced metal cover. I couldn't give advice on it. Plexiglass has worked with no issues for me.

Hi there. My machine is not polishing the outside ring of discs so is leaving big circles around disc, and unevenly wearing down my pads.
    Any ideas?.

Seems like a lot of time and effort for one disc. Maybe makes sense if the game is $50+ or something

Lol it will destroy Blu- ray Disc
