why not use edge of hand strikes in you fighting?
In your style of karate, which knuckles do you use for striking? Is it just the index knuckle?
the index and the middle finger knuckle. As a matter if fact, the same knucles in both of my hands are more vidible and harder than the rest. 😆. Oss
mostly they teach you to hit with knuckles from the index and middel finger but you can hit with all 4 sometimes too .
