and what happened after the removal of 370? there are still kashmiris who are throwing stones, there are still no jobs in j and k (3rd most unemployed state), still they can shut down the internet whenever they want, still no development, still a lot of militant attacks. Article 370 is not the issue here. The real issue is suspending of all communication channels and house arrest of their leaders.

I'm from Ladhak and we never asked for 370 or 35a, as our identity of being a Ladhaki is much older than 370 and people who invented it at first place.
We never wanted any association with Kashmir. Our demand of UT for ladhak was long pending and I thank this gov. for full filing our demand. Before 1965 war with China, ladhaki people requested Nehru govt. to focus on the development of our region as we knew China was coming, however Nehru was living in his own world of 370. Nehru folled Indian by telling them hindu-chini bhai bhai.
However Mao, knew how coward and stupid Nehru is. He kicked Nehrus ass and he went crying to UN. We lost more than 30% of total land area and the coward nehru did nothing, because only man with balls can do something. Nehru failed India.
You'll never see kashmir flag or language spoken in our region. We love Indian tricolor and can communicate with rest of Indian in Hindi,yes we do have our own local language Bodhi. Our development and progress has been hijacked by Nehru stupidity followed by kashmiri fundamentals since the day 370 was implemented.
These people who are protesting should first ask for 370 for there own respective state and live the pathetic life with Laws of 17th century for at least 70 years and than we will see.
I request Indian govt to now focus on settlement of Hindu pandits. Now, I firmly believe, If not this gov. No one else can do it.

I reside in Hyderabad, Telangana which was sculpted out of AP and made a separate state a few years ago. I have seen the destruction from my eyes. Although the destruction was caused before the separation of the states, it was massive. There is a very big lake here named Hussain Sagar. There are many statues alongside that lake. Majority of the statues were either demolished or masked. Buildings were thrown stones at. I still remember, many APSRTC busses were burnt by the people who did not want the bifurcation.
I was in school back then. I still remember Section 144 being imposed in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad (as far as I can remember).
Trust me, it goes way out of hands if any such state modification takes place. I believe that is the reason why Section 144 CrPC has been imposed.
I am NOT a Modi bhakt. I disagree with many of his policies such as RTI (Amendment) Bill 2019, UAPA (Amendment) 2019 etc. But section 144 of CrPC is much required in sensitive situations as such to protect lives and government properties.

He just said if any individual performs "Terrorist activities" or even helps such, will be arrested.

As Terrorism is not defined by the bill and has been left to the interpretation of the Executive (union/state).
