WHAT QUESTIONS ARE ASKED IN A PUBLIC RELATIONS INTERVIEW?
Q1. Tell me about yourself and why you want to work in PR?
Q2. Why do you want to work for us?
Q3. What are the different stages of a successful PR campaign?
Q4. If we ran a PR campaign, how would you evaluate the success of the campaign?
Q5. What’s your biggest weakness?
Q6. Tell me about a time when you experienced conflict within a team? What was the situation and how did you deal with it?
Q7. Tell me about a project or campaign you were involved in where the client was dissatisfied. What did you do to resolve the situation?
Q8. In your opinion, what are the most important skills needed to work in PR?
Sample Answer:
Q9. If you are successful, what’s the first thing you would do within this public relations role?
Q10. You are in a PR campaign strategy meeting presenting an action plan to some of our important clients and stakeholders. One of the meeting members says she doesn’t understand a part of your presentation, because it’s too technical. What would you do?

Hi. Thank you for your video. Im having a service desk engineer (IT) interview next week. Can you tell me what type of questions can i expect. They just pointed out that the role is customer service focused so the questiond can also be related to customer service. I dont have customer service experience but i have other IT work experience (not customer service related). So im bit tensed about what questions they will ask.
