Well this is just good news! So Aileen Cannon ruled that a Special Prosecutor was a private citizen who did not have the right to argue a government case, that an employee of the.DOJ could, as a government employee, bring the government case to court. So if Jack hands it off to a DOJ employee on his team, then perhaps the case can be resubmitted to the court with a new judge. This break also gives Smith the opportunity to make sure that none of the charges fall under the new scotus immunity ruling. This removes all the obstacles! And, the appeal about special prosecutor can go forward to the 11th circuit and on to scotus as an empty case because Jack will have replaced himself with a government employee which means that Cannon and Thomas can just bite each other!
Cannon is married to a man in the "syndicate" ... probably part of her qualifications for being a part of this GOP long-term plan. "for entertainment purposes only."
I always think Cannon gets her instructions from the Federalist Society. Could she have thought up all these convoluted strategies on her own, given her limited experience? I read that the Justice department has authorized an appeal but I did not hear that he had filed.

He filed an appeal to get Cannons decision reversed and have her removed. Also, he won't have to refile the case.
